It was an honor to be one of the guest artists who visited the Camp Art Academy at the Clifton Cultural Arts Center. On June 30th, the students created mini-murals in response to my mural, Red Hot Blues, on the front lawn of the CCAC. In addition to learning about the work I do as a visual artist, campers also learned about Juan Gris and other Cubist painters that inspired the mural. Continue reading →
